Christopher Sergakis is a REALTOR® with The Shop Real Estate Co., serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Florida's Greater Tampa Bay Area. Since becoming licensed in 2018, he has built a unique real estate career that combines institutional-level market expertise with a client-first approach.

Early in his career, Christopher worked with hedge funds, institutional investors, and capital groups, participating in more than 2,000 residential acquisitions while analyzing over 5,000 investment opportunities. That experience gave him a deep understanding of market trends, property valuation, negotiations, and strategic decision-making.

Today, Christopher has shifted his focus from serving large investment firms to helping individuals and families achieve their own real estate goals. Whether clients are buying their first home, selling a property, relocating, or searching for an investment opportunity, he is committed to providing clear guidance, honest advice, and confidence throughout every step of the process.

Wrestling Connection

Wrestling has been part of Christopher's life for generations. His grandfather wrestled, his father competed at West Virginia University (WVU), and all of his uncles wrestled, creating a family tradition built on discipline, resilience, and hard work.

Christopher began wrestling in the seventh grade and competed as a varsity wrestler throughout all four years of high school. Despite reaching the regional finals during his senior season, an injury limited his conditioning heading into the state tournament. While his competitive career was cut short, the lessons he learned from wrestling have continued to shape both his personal and professional life.

He has remained involved in wrestling through periodic training over the years and looks forward to continuing his family's tradition by introducing his son to the sport.
