David Mohajerin is a Virginia REALTOR® and Manager with Coldwell Banker Premier, serving clients throughout the Historic Triangle and the Hampton Roads region. Whether helping military families relocate, guiding first-time buyers, or assisting experienced homeowners, David is known for his leadership, professionalism, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for every client.

A United States Air Force veteran, David brings firsthand knowledge of military relocation and understands the unique challenges service members and their families face when buying or selling a home. His experience in local REALTOR® leadership and housing policy also provides clients with valuable insight into the many communities throughout southeastern Virginia.

David believes every successful transaction starts with a solid game plan, clear communication, and the discipline to work toward the finish line.

Wrestling Background

Wrestling has been a lifelong passion for David.

Growing up in New Jersey, he was a multi-year varsity wrestler on a sectional championship team and earned qualification to the regional championships.

After serving in the United States Air Force, David began coaching youth wrestling in Oklahoma during the mid-1990s. Today, he continues to give back as a coach with the Williamsburg Wrestling Club, where he is dedicated to helping young athletes develop not only their wrestling skills but also the mindset, discipline, and work ethic that make the sport so valuable.

David is USA Wrestling Teal Certified and is a strong advocate for the continued growth of girls wrestling.
