Isaiah Salazar is a Colorado REALTOR® with C3 Real Estate Solutions, proudly serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northern Colorado and the Front Range. A Colorado native, Isaiah grew up in a hardworking, values-driven family where integrity, discipline, and service to others were instilled from an early age.

Before beginning his real estate career, Isaiah earned dual degrees in Construction Management and Psychology from the University of Minnesota while competing as a Division I wrestler for the Golden Gophers. His background in construction gives him a unique understanding of homes from the ground up, while his psychology education helps him communicate effectively and guide clients through one of life's biggest financial decisions.

Isaiah's passion for real estate began long before earning his license. Growing up around his father's work as a contractor and property owner sparked an interest in how homes are built, how investments create long-term wealth, and how strong communities develop. Today, he combines that knowledge with the discipline and work ethic developed through years of elite athletics to provide an exceptional experience for every client.

Wrestling Background

Isaiah is one of the most accomplished wrestlers to come out of Northern Colorado. After a standout high school career, he earned a full athletic scholarship to the University of Minnesota, where he established himself as one of the nation's top collegiate wrestlers. During his career, Isaiah became a 2024 NCAA Division I All-American, captured the 2024 Big Ten Championship at 184 pounds, and received the prestigious Big Ten Medal of Honor, one of the conference's highest recognitions for excellence in athletics and academics. He was also a multiple-time Scholar All-American and finished his collegiate career with 82 victories for the Golden Gophers.

Today, Isaiah continues giving back to the sport as a coach at Bear Cave Wrestling Club, one of Colorado's premier wrestling organizations. He believes the same qualities that create success on the mat - discipline, resilience, preparation, accountability, and a relentless work ethic - are the foundation for helping clients achieve success in real estate.
