John Licata serves buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Northern and Central Virginia as the Team Leader of the Licata Group at eXp Realty.

As a team leader and co-founder of the business alongside his wife, Pat, John continues to actively work with clients while helping lead one of the area's respected real estate teams.

Wrestling Background

John's wrestling journey spans competition, coaching, leadership, and service to the sport.

He wrestled at Pittston Area and Wyoming Seminary in Pennsylvania before continuing his career at West Chester State College, where he was a four-year starter, team captain, Division I qualifier, and earned more than 100 career victories.

Following his competitive career, John coached at James Madison University for six years and became deeply involved in wrestling leadership and development.

He served as a contractor for the National Wrestling Coaches Association, managing their State Program and Leadership Academy, and directed the NWCA All-Star Classic for six years.

John is also a co-founder of the Wrestlers in Business Network, where he continues to help connect and support wrestlers beyond their competitive careers.
