Juliann DeForrest is a full-time, top-producing real estate professional with more than 21 years of experience serving buyers and sellers throughout the Myrtle Beach area and South Carolina’s Grand Strand.

As Team Leader of The DeForrest Team at Innovate Real Estate, Juliann works with clients through every stage of homeownership. She especially enjoys helping first-time homebuyers and people relocating to the Myrtle Beach area, as well as clients who are upsizing or downsizing as their needs change.

Juliann has also been actively involved in the local real estate community. She helped start the local Women’s Council of REALTORS® branch, served on its board for two years, and is a graduate of CCAR Leadership.

Wrestling Connection

Wrestling is deeply connected to Juliann’s family.

Her son is a varsity high school wrestler, her brother competed at the NCAA Division I level and is now a wrestling coach, and her niece and nephew both wrestle.

Through years of practices, tournaments, travel, and competition, Juliann understands firsthand the commitment wrestling requires from both athletes and their families. That connection makes her a natural fit for Wrestlers In Real Estate and a valuable resource for wrestling families moving to the Myrtle Beach area.
