Wrestling Background

Wrestling has been a major part of Keri Stanley’s life for decades.

At Columbia Falls High School in Montana, Keri was a four-time state finalist and one-time state champion. He continued his career at North Idaho College, where he became a two-time NJCAA finalist and one-time national champion. During his time at NIC, the program also captured two team national titles in 2001 and 2003.

Keri later transferred to the University of Minnesota and then Dickinson State University, continuing his wrestling journey at the collegiate level.

After competing, Keri spent more than 14 years coaching college wrestling, including 10 years at North Idaho College and 3 years at Dickinson State University. Today, he continues giving back to the sport by helping coach and run Buzzsaw Wrestling Club in Coeur d'Alene, where his sons Bodie and Seger also wrestle.
