Ron Howard brings more than 20 years of real estate experience to buyers, sellers, investors, and real estate professionals throughout the Baltimore metro area and surrounding counties.

Over the course of his career, Ron has built a reputation for combining experience, strategy, communication, and a results-driven approach. Before launching Everything Real Estate, he served as an associate broker and team leader with RE/MAX Advantage Realty, leading The Greatest Moves Team into one of the top-ranked and most-reviewed teams in the Mid-Atlantic region.

His career accomplishments include recognition through RE/MAX's Diamond Club, Hall of Fame, Lifetime Achievement Award, Circle of Legends, and Luminary of Distinction. His team has also been recognized by The Wall Street Journal among top real estate teams and has earned more than 1,000 five-star client reviews.

Beyond working directly with buyers and sellers, Ron is the creator of ProFORMS, a contract-writing software platform designed for real estate professionals, and the best-selling author of three books focused on real estate sales and business development.

Ron is passionate about helping people make smart real estate decisions while also helping real estate professionals build stronger, more profitable businesses.

Wrestling & Jiu-Jitsu Connection

Long before his success in real estate, Ron developed his competitive mindset on the wrestling mat.

A standout wrestler at Old Mill High School, Ron was the 1987 Maryland State Champion at 132 pounds. He was also named Outstanding Wrestler at the 1987 Maryland All-Star Match and earned a spot on the 1987 Washington Post All-Metro Team.

That competitive drive hasn't disappeared.

Today, Ron continues competing as a Masters 6 athlete in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds a blue belt. Jiu-Jitsu has given him another outlet for the competition, takedowns, preparation, and discipline that have remained part of his life since wrestling.

The lessons learned through wrestling continue to influence the way Ron approaches business: prepare relentlessly, stay composed under pressure, compete hard, and finish what you start.
