Wrestling Connection

Wrestling has been a lifelong passion for Shawn. He began competing at Bon Homme High School in Tyndall, South Dakota before continuing his collegiate career as an NCAA Division II wrestler at Northern State University in Aberdeen, South Dakota.

Since 2013, Shawn has served as the Head Boys Wrestling Coach at T.F. Riggs High School in Pierre. Through more than a decade of coaching, he has helped develop student-athletes both on and off the mat, emphasizing discipline, accountability, hard work, and character.

His years as both a competitor and coach have shaped the leadership style and work ethic he brings to every aspect of his professional life.
