Stephen Martel has called Bristol, Rhode Island home for 45 years. He and his family have deep roots in the community, where he raised his four children, Quenton, Cassidy, Ethan, and Ben.

For the past 10 years, Stephen has served buyers, sellers, and investors with Century 21 Topsail Realty. His strong local network and extensive knowledge of Rhode Island and Southeastern Massachusetts allow him to provide clients with practical guidance and valuable insight throughout the real estate process.

Stephen works across residential, investment, and commercial real estate. His goal is to help each client understand their options, make confident decisions, and move forward with a clear plan.

Wrestling Connection

Stephen began wrestling at the age of five and continued through high school. His connection to the sport has lasted for decades through coaching, leadership, and service.

He ran his local youth wrestling club for 10 years and coached at both the middle school and high school levels. Altogether, Stephen has contributed more than 30 years of service to wrestling.

The sport has taken him throughout the United States and internationally, including trips to Italy and Canada. The discipline, perseverance, teamwork, and accountability developed through wrestling continue to influence the way he approaches his family, community, and real estate career.
