William Landry is a REALTOR® with Keller Williams Realty Acadiana serving Lafayette, Louisiana, and the surrounding communities.

Now in his fifth year in real estate, William has completed more than 30 transactions in each of the past two years and is on pace to reach that mark again this year while continuing to grow his average sales price.

William works alongside his wife, who is also a licensed real estate agent, helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the Acadiana real estate market with knowledgeable, straightforward guidance.

His experience goes beyond traditional residential real estate. William and his wife are active real estate investors themselves, acquiring 17 rental units in the past two years. That firsthand experience allows William to bring an investor's perspective to clients interested in rental properties, building portfolios, and exploring creative financing opportunities.

Wrestling Connection

Wrestling has been part of William's life since his freshman year of high school.

After earning a starting position as a sophomore, William placed 4th at the Louisiana State Championships, followed by a 3rd-place finish as a junior before becoming a Louisiana State Champion his senior year.

After graduating, William transitioned directly into coaching and has now coached wrestling for approximately 15 years.

He wrestled at Teurlings Catholic High School and continues to coach there today. The program won its first team state championship during William's senior season and has developed into one of Louisiana's most successful high school wrestling programs.

For William, the lessons learned through wrestling continue to influence how he approaches real estate: preparation, discipline, consistency, problem-solving, and doing the work necessary to help people achieve their goals.
